We’re proud to ship memobottle products worldwide. Shipping rates and free thresholds differ by region:
United States & Canada: quoted costs per carrier rates (Free on orders to the USA over USD $85)
International orders are shipped from either our UK, Netherlands or China distribution centres using DHL, Fedex and other trusted sources standard services. Express options with FedEx and USPS are also available for an additional fee.
Please note: Transit times are generally 2–7 business days after fulfillment, though carrier delays may occur. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Local customs duties and taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Freight / Shipping Forwarders
To protect product authenticity and customer experience, memobottle does not permit orders to be shipped to freight forwarding services. Orders placed with these addresses will be cancelled and refunded in full.
